Free Yourself.


Soooooo I've been talking about starting a journal for forever and just continued to put off the idea. Yesterday I decided to just go for it and buy a journal and start writing.
I was pushed to the limit and I needed to vent so I threw all of my emotions on paper.
I feel so much better and stress free. 
I really believe that this is a therapeutic way of venting.
Your not mixed up in the craziness of social networks, its just you and your pen and paper.
Sometimes we all need to escape all of todays current madness and I believe that this is a great way to do it.
