'Tis the season to exfoliate!

Ok , well actually this should be an all around tip! Nobody likes chapped or dry lips and its def not cute. Sooooo beat the winter weather by exfoliating your lips to keep your pucker nice and smoooooth!

Lip Scrub Methods

There are several methods to exfoliate your lips. All of them are manual exfoliating methods. Techniques for exfoliating lips include:

-Using petroleum jelly and a wet washcloth.

-Softly rubbing with a sugar scrub.

-Manual exfoliating with a very soft toothbrush.

-Using a microexfoliating scrub made especially for the lips.

Something fun to try:

Brown Sugar Lip Scrub

Take olive oil and add a pinch of brown sugar. Dab on your lips and let sit for a minute. Then take a wet wash cloth, or use your finger, and gently rub it back and forth. Rinse with water. Apply a lip balm or a moisturizing lipstick afterward.

I feel like this is going to be my new fave!
