Soooo I opted for a different kind of breakfast this morning.
A little while back, I made a Energy Boost post - which highlighted Kale and all of it's health benefits - one being energy. I mentioned that Kale shakes were great for breakfast.
Another way of eating it - which is probably a lot easier for most people would be to just make a salad!
I used about 2 cups of Kale and chopped it up into thinner slices.
I added apples & bananas but of course the topping choices are endless!
It was yummy! & I've been feeling so much less fatigued since I've been incorporating kale into my diet.
Worth a try!
